Go to MY RETURNS & EXCHANGES to initiate a return or exchange.

RETURNS: We offer 30 days to make a return from the time you receive your order. In the US, shipping a return is free when an order is returned within 15 days, $9.95 when returned after 15 days. Outside the US, the customer may select the best shipping rate via the My Returns & Exchanges portal.

EXCHANGES: We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the time you receive your order. If you are returning within the US, enjoy free shipping back on returns or exchanges (you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label once you complete the returns process). Shipping fees on exchanges are waived in the US.

All items must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition with all tags attached.
